Manufacturer and Year Waterman, France - they still make the Expert series, but this is an older edition with slightly different styling which is no longer made.

Filling System Takes Waterman rollerball refills. A Waterman #806 fine black working refill is currently installed.
Color Black lacquer finish over brass with gold plated trim.
Condition Very nice condition. No cracks or deep scratches, but there's a chip off the top edge and some light scratches on the barrel.
