Product Name Gentleman Sterling Fluted. This was the top of the line for Waterman in the 1970s until the Le Man line came out.
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, France -- 1974-97, the model lasted a little longer than that but those are the official years.

Filling System Takes Waterman cartridges and converters. A new Waterman piston converter is installed.
Color Solid sterling silver with 23k plated trim. It has a fluted or striped pattern that runs through the section and the end pieces. Waterman called this pattern godron in the Le Man series. It has sterling hallmarks on the cap, section, and barrel.
Nib FINE 18k Waterman nib. It has an F on the feed.
Condition Excellent condition, in box, with paperwork and with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is an elegant, sophisticated, and super shiny executive level fountain pen. The cap and barrel have numerous small scratches, micro-scratches, and marks as well a few very small pits. The gold trim, cap band, and end pieces all have microscratching. The clip looks good. The clip band has some plating wear. The imprints and hallmarks are all clear.
