Product Description
Type Fountain Pen
Product Name We're not sure of the model, but it does resemble the Corinth. We can't explain the nib, though we have heard there were some Skywriter steel nibs with a F22 stamp on them, though they said "Skywriter."
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, made in Canada -- 1950s.
Length 5-5/16"
Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well. Guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.
Color Dark blue barrel with a gold plated cap and trim. The plating seems thin and is a little brassy in color, not the thick plating seen on the regular gold Corinth pens made in the USA. The cap has two sections of five lines near the cap lip.
Nib Waterman's Ideal steel F22 gold plated nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a shiny pen in a nice shade of dark blue, with a very shiny gold plated cap with a lined pattern. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and moderate scratching. The lever has some plating wear near the top and a slightly rough surface. The cap has moderate scratching and microscratching. There is some plating wear between the lines of the line pattern. There is one small dot of plating wear to the left of the clip. The clip has plating wear along the bottom edge and a bit of rough surface along the top. The top tassie has light plating wear so that it looks slightly dull. The imprint is legible.
