Type Lever filling fountain pen, restored and working well, and mechanical pencil set
Product Name Corinth. In 1945, Waterman introduced their Taperlite line with a semi-hooded nib as a response to the Parker 51. At the same time, they had a "Standard" model with an open nib for customers with more traditional tastes. A few years later, they updated these pens with a gold cap and called them Corinth, which is what we have here.

Condition Excellent + condition, in box, with no cracks. This is a shiny, elegant pen and pencil set, that features especially beautiful caps. The fountain pen has minor barrel wear, with a few scratches near the end, otherwise pretty close to perfect. The section has moderate scratching and marks. The lever looks quite nice and shiny with some plating wear on the very top plate. The cap and clip are excellent with just light scratching. The mechanical pencil barrel has light wear. The cone has two small areas of deep tool marks. The cap and clip are excellent with just light scratching. The box is in excellent condition, though it might be of later origin than the set. The imprints on both the pen and pencil are clear.
