Color Black barrel with steel cap (the top half is brushed finish, and the bottom half is smooth). There is a Waterman's logo on the shiny part of the cap.
Nib FINE 14k gold Ideal nib. The tines spread for modest line variation.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The barrel is much better than the cap. This is a classic, stylish pen in a classic black color. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and light scratching and microscratching. There is also some additional scratching on the section. The lever looks good. The matte section of the cap has some corrosion on the back side - we've included a close-up of this area in the photos. The shiny part of the cap has moderate microscratching and there are some pinprick dots of pitting, as well as some unevenness in the outermost layer. The clip looks good with just some light microscratching and a bit of surface wear.
