Color Purple with brown marbling and with gold plated trim. Black section and end pieces. Note that Waterman never made a purple Phileas, but over time, the original blue color has morphed into a deep purple, and the original black and grey veins have turned brown in spots.
Condition Excellent condition. This is a beautifully colored/patterned pen with lots of shine. The cap and barrel have light to moderate scratching and handwear, with some heavier scratching on the barrel end finial. The trim has microscratching. There is brassing on the clip and clip ring, along with a few tiny dots of pitting. The imprint is clear.
