Product Name Starlet - that's what they callled this smaller version of the Stalwart.
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, made in Canada -- later 1940s.
Length Just about 4-3/4 inches.
Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Black with silver-colored trim (chrome plated?) and a single thin cap band.
Nib FINE Waterman's Ideal #2 14k gold nib is smooth with nice tipping material remaining. It's semi-flexible, with line variation from fine to broad, with just a bit of pressure. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. No cracks or chips, dings, dents, or personalization. There is some brassing on the cap band and the edges of the clip and lever. Scratching on the cap and barrel, especially near the open end of the clip. There's moderate scratching on the cap and barrel. The imprint is readable. We've fully restored it and it's working well.
